Cancellation/No Show Policy:
The management at Tribeca ColorSalons understands that certain occurrences may affect your ability to arrive for your appointment, either in a timely manner or at all. Our staff works on commission and their scheduled appointments are their only way of generating income. We hope you understand that we need to safeguard their income as we provide you with exceptional customer service. To this extent we do charge $50 or 20% of the service whichever is greater for a no show fee.
All new clients are required to put a credit card on hold to secure their appointment. You will be sent an appointment reminder. At that time please confirm or cancel your appointment. You must call us 24 hours in advance of your appointment to not be charged $50 or 20% of the service whichever is greater for a no show fee.
No shows will be billed $50 or 20% of the service whichever is greater for a no show fee on next visit.
Please arrive at the salon 15 minutes before your scheduled time to prep and fill out paperwork. If you arrive any later than 15 minutes your service may be denied. Parking at all locations may be difficult so please give yourself plenty of time to arrive. If you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment you will be charged $50 or 20% of the service whichever is greater for a no show fee.
We strive to provide the best customer service for all clients including those that are families. Unfortunately, our staff cannot provide supervision for children. We do not wish to diminish any client’s experience, so for the safety and courtesy of all guests and employees, any children who enter the salon must have full supervision at all times. For families that would like to utilize our private room at the Ybor location, please notify the front desk concierge at the time of booking!
We accept all debit cards, major credit cards, Apple Pay, Android Pay, and cash. We do not accept checks ever. If you fail to pay at the time of service we reserve the right to file a police report. It is up to the company’s discretion to provide or refuse services to anyone at any time.
All offers are subject to change without notice. No offers may be combined with any other offer. All promotional gift offers have a year expiration date from creation including gift cards/certificates.
A current client may introduce three new clients to Tribeca and receive the offer of a complimentary haircut and style. A “new” client is defined as: a client who has never received any paid services from Tribeca ColorSalon.
After three new clients are referred by a current client, it is up to the discretion of management to extend the offer of a complimentary haircut as described in our referral program.
The loyalty program at Tribeca ColorSalons is subject to alteration or change at any time.
