Contractor chosen!
So on this past Friday we had a great meeting with ABI contractors. They come highly recommended and I feel really good about them. They came in the closest to budget and seem sensitive to our time line. So if everything goes well, we go to demo this week, pull permits soon and get going! ETA is the beginning of October!
Got some great deals at Ikea for some retail shelving for Becky, and went to the Orlando Gift Show this weekend. Not the exact fit for out needs but found some exceptional items that we believe will be great sellers and fit into our boutique. Anyone out there that has unique Global and sustainable items that they would like to showcase should contact me!
