It’s a panacea for those whose hair is still stuck in the winter doldrums. The product is applied as a mask and allowed to penetrate. Nourishing milk proteins alter both the internal and external hair strands, acting as a revitalizing and restructuring agent.
Two types of the Milkshake treatment are available. A natural milk mask for dry or damaged hair actually restructures the cortex of each strand with rice and avocado oils, moisturizers and Vitamin E. The active yogurt mask is best for natural or colored hair, and counts amino acids from yogurt as an effective ingredient.
“After a Milkshake treatment, you can expect smooth hair that’s strong and resilient,” Wagner says.
